The, Distinctions between factions leads to, Variability in the ideation of zone control, cultural mutation (ie, shared cultural values), the establishment of wealth, and, the differentiation of wealth circles, as predicated upon, by icontoclastic division and the seperatory function, of party associates curated within, and catored to by, distinct wealth circles.



Allowances, within tribes, allows for the formation of cultural, dependancy, and aMutational guidelines for inter faction, discrepancies, enumerance, the formation of distinct jurisdictions, and coalition.  Party guidelines can form for any number of reasons, from, food shortages too surpluses, trade dependancies, weapon advantages, verbose skill transmission among a portion of the population, the existence of prize resources in a certain area, genetic significance among a portional population and diasporas.



When, a population develops an operation guideline for cultural independance, a certain protocol emerges, which distinguishes it from neighboring communities.  The variability, of operation guidelines, follows suit, that an operation guideline, can emerge independantly, of pre-existing Guidelines, where, a guideline is said to be classified as, an Emergent guideline.  Additionally, a guideline, can sprout, from a pre-existing, guideline, where it is, said to be, Operationally Dependant.  If, a guideline sprouts from a pre-existing tree, but for organizational reasons creates it own tree, based off of 1) cultural distinction, ie, a mutated factor 2) a strong curtain in the cultural blueprint which sakes a given shift in the interactional dynamics of a cultural swarm, or 3) The association of, one, or more operational chains leads to, the, usefulness, of a separate chain.



Developed consternation, requires that we look at these operational guidelines as a, framework by which cultural dependancies, independancies and shared-mutations can occur, in the guise of chained or binary tree format.  The, host, of developmental differences which can develop, concern the basis, of jurisdictional dependance, and can devise laws with which, a culture, can leverage interactions, create the conditions, or provide, the basis for shared cultural mutations.  In, lamense; allowing, for the creation, of frameworks for cultural intervention.



The Operation Guideline Protocol, follows the following rules, and can, populate a tree as such.



A tree collection is owned, to a Culture, and each tree collection contains a set number of trees, which are connected by functional interdependancies.



An, instance in the tree contains some verifying factor, or informational quality which delineates some feature of a given culture, with respect to a number of other qualifying features.  Each, "Feature" connects logically with, the next in the formation of a binary chain.  Qualifying factors form the basis of cultural, interaction quidelines, and set the tone for cultural appropriation, misappropriation and justice as concerning the, two, afforementioned functions.



Each, tree can connect with, any, number of the other trees, with the inclusion of a combinatorial lock, which signifies some number of logical adjustments, and behavioral aggregations which form the basis for cultural imprudence.  A seperate, combinatorial lock is required for each, connection between trees.



Combinatorial, locks can have a number of strict interactional, requirements, rangeing from pattern shifting experiments to ellucidate values, useful interactional strings and dynamics in, a given cultural appropriation.  Correction algorithms, can be introduced later to, 1) Shift Behavioral patterns in respect to some, core fundemental aggregate or 2) Provide a basis, with which, behavior can be checked, for conformity.  Attenuators, can be used to Redistribute, the spoils of some task, game or attribution sum.  



Conformity, relations/relators, can be appropriated, based on, a string of numbers which allot a confined behavioral pattern as governed by, a shared Cultural Dictum, which gives meaning to the patterns attributed to, the singlteon appropriation, and the combined appropriation of, Tree/Chain lists. The " following laws, can be applied to such, implementations, of "Regularized Pattern Strings".  1)  Each, Chain has, a core "Numerical" value, with other values linked, to it, associated with Each entry, that defines "In Chain Functionality" and external behavior, when dealing with other chains.



2)  Regularized Pattern Lists serve the function of,  1) Aggregating Behavior into plots which are repeated, Acorroginally according, to imbeded logic, which shunts an ators attention around the list.  Accomplishing behaviors according, to Determinate Yields, Hartate occurences and Interaction, with different cultural forces.  2)  The definition of refined Cultural Behavior, Plots as associated with, different traits, and behaviors, that a culture might engage.  3)  A standard, action corregate plot which will serve to, enact a specified behavior.
